Consider the partial replat of restricted reserve "A" of Lake Creek Estates, Section 2, as recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheet 9661 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Lake Creek Estates, Section 3. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to combine a portion of restricted reserve "A" together with a part of a 43.364 acre tract to create section 3 which will contain 34 residential lots and 3 restricted reserves.

Consider the partial replat of Lots 155, 156, and 157 of the IDA Straus Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 2, Page 21 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Muirhead Replat. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create 3 lots from a 131.601 acre tract.

Consider the partial replat of Restricted Reserve "D", Block 6, Thousand Oaks, Section Two as recorded in Cabinet N, Sheet 180-182 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Thousand Oaks Recreational Area. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to subdivide 2 residential lots into 4 residential lots.

Consider the partial replat of Lot 85, Block 1 of Woodlane Forest, Section Two as recorded in Cabinet B, Sheet 172A of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Barton Villas. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to subdivide one (1) residential lot into two (2) residential lots.

Consider the partial replat of High Meadow Ranch Section 12, Lot 30, Block 1 as recorded in Cabinet S, Sheet 1 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as High Meadow Ranch Section 12, Replat of Lot 30, Block 1. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to divide Lot 30 into four (4) residential lots.

Consider the partial replat of Westwood One Subdivision, Block One, Reserve "B" as recorded in Cabinet B, Sheet 62 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Westwood One Subdivision Partial Replat No. 1. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create two (2) residential lots out of Reserve "B."
