The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to change the allowed use of property.

Consider the partial replat of Lot 206 of Bear Creek Ranch as recorded in Volume 5, Page 189 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Bear Creek Ranch Partial Replat No. 2. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create 2 Lots.

Consider the partial replat of Capitol Hill Estates, Section One, Lots 5 and 6 as recorded in Cabinet D, Sheet 23-B of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Capitol Hill Estates, Section One, Partial Replat No. 1. Consider the partial replat of the South half of Lot 2 & Lot 7, J.O.H. Bennette Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 2, Page 50 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Singletary Estates. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create three (3) single-family residential lots.

Consider the partial replat of Lot 108 of the J.O.H. Bennette Subdivision as recorded in Volume 2, Page 50 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as J.O.H. Bennette Subdivision, Partial Replat No. 3. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create 3 lots in 1 block.
