ALL Participating Subrecipients:

You are invited to attend a FULL DAY of in-person training
with MC Community Development!

Training date: Monday, April 26, 2021

Training time: 9:00am-4:00pm with 1 hour lunch break “on your own”

Training will be located at the Lone Star Convention and Expo Center located at 9055 Airport Rd, Conroe, TX 77303

We have requested an extra-large meeting room to allow everyone to maintain social distancing.

Training on the “Emergency Rental Assistance Program” is scheduled from 9:00am – noon.
Lunch on your own from 12:00pm – 1:00pm.
Training on “Determining Income Eligibility the HUD Way” is scheduled from 1:00pm – 4:00pm.

Each attendee should bring a copy of all training documents. click here All ERA documents above are currently in draft form (pending CC approval).

Attendees would greatly benefit by bringing their own laptop for hands on tutorials.
