Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  
The office closes daily for lunch between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. 

Please call or e-mail the Court to set a case on an ancillary or submission docket.  Do not e-file or send a Notice of Hearing without confirmation from Court staff as to the hearing date and time.

All parties shall comply with Texas Family Code §154.181(b)(1)&(2) and §154.1815(c), and shall provide the information required by those sections by including the information in either the parties’ live pleadings, or by filing a statement on same with the court.  This information shall be filed with the court at least seventy-two hours prior to a temporary orders hearing, and at least 14 days prior to a final trial. Failure to provide this information to the court may result in the court either continuing the temporary hearing to a future date, or dismissing the case at final trial.  See court approved form under the Forms tab to the left.
