On August 2, 2021, the Local Administrative District Judge of Montgomery County, Texas, adopted the
Second Amended Minimum Standard Health Protocols for the Montgomery County Judiciary.
For any court proceeding to be conducted remotely, the attorney or party must obtain advance approval from the court.
No such requests will be considered ex-parte. For all court proceedings approved to be conducted remotely, please refer to
the Standing Order Regarding Court Proceedings during the COVID-19 State of Disaster in the 418th District Court.

Anyone who has a belief that a party, witness, attorney or other person cannot participate in a court proceeding
