Submitting to the Montgomery County Fire Marshal's Office for FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS ONLY:
Please email your application (WITH PERMIT NUMBER PROVIDED), one copy of plans, all your supporting documents (including all specs on the systems itself), and payment receipt. Please email everything to fire.codes@mctx.org for reviewing and approvals. You can make your payment online on our home screen by clicking the "click here to pay" button. If you do not wish to pay by credit card, you can mail in all documents with your payment to the address above, or come into the office to drop everything off. Please make sure that all documentation is with you along with your payment. We Do Not Accept Paper Plans So Please Make Sure All Plans Are On a Disc Or USB.
(All revised reviews that have already been reviewed and approved by our Department will require a brand new submittal)
