CDC issues Federal Eviction Moratorium Order
On September 4th, 2020 the CDC released an order (click here to read the order) creating a federal moratorium on residential evictions for nonpayment of rent for "covered persons" from September 4, 2020 through December 31, 2020. It is expected that a Supreme Court Emergency Order related to this order may be forthcoming. if so, will keep you updated.
