Juvenile Court
Appointment and Fee reporting is governed by Chapter 36, Texas Government Code. Effective September 1, 2016, reporting of these appointments is required in all cases and all circumstances. These appointments include the appointment of attorneys ad litem, guardians ad litem, amicus attorneys in family law proceedings, as well as judicially appointed mediators. Reporting is for both appointments made and fees paid.
