State Reports showing the caseload statistics of all the courts are run by the District and County Clerks on or before the 20th day following the end of the month being reported (Texas Government Code 71.035(a) and (b)).  The reports above are broken out by court, by month.

After a report is run by the Clerk, the judge and his/her staff have 90 days in which to review the cases behind the numbers being reported.  Any needed adjustments (e.g. cases shown as pending that should have been disposed during a specific month, etc.) are then reflected in future reports.  After the 90 day period, the report is published here for public inspection.

Published reports begin in July 2016.
