It is the vendor's responsibility to re-submit their information.

Specifications solicitation packages are now available via download from the Montgomery County Purchasing web site. Please note some bid/proposal packages - generally construction projects - must be picked up and, if so, notification will be noted on this site.  Requests for Bids and Requests for Proposals/Qualifications are posted on a daily basis.  Montgomery County will not be responsible for inaccurate or incomplete specifications and/or addenda pertaining to any bid/proposal that is received electronically.  It remains the vendor’s responsibility to monitor this site for any addenda issued. Please contact the corresponding Buyer with any questions regarding Bids and or RFPs. The first page of all downloadable solicitation packages is a specification download acknowledgement that is required to be immediately returned to our office via fax to 936-760-6976.
