Consider the partial replat of Westwood One Subdivision, Block One, Reserve "B" as recorded in Cabinet B, Sheet 62 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Westwood One Subdivision Partial Replat No. 1. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create two (2) residential lots out of Reserve "B."

Consider the partial replat of a portion of Lot 10-A and all of Lot 10-B, Block 3, Lake Chateau Woods, Section 7, as recorded in Volume 7, Page 283 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Flamingo Residences. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create three (3) residential lots.

Consider the partial replat of a portion of Lot 2, Block 1, Massey Estate, as recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheet 6465 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Savannah Trails. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to combine a called 0.053 acre tract of land out of Lot 2, Block 1, of Massey Estate, with a called 23.134 acre tract of land for road frontage purposes.

Consider the partial replat of Lot 21 of Ridgewood Subdivision as recorded in Cabinet B, Sheet 187A of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Kancherla, Section 1. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create four (4) Lots in one (1) Block.

Consider the partial replat of the South half of Lot 2 & Lot 7, J.O.H. Bennette Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 2, Page 50 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Singletary Estates. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create three (3) single-family residential lots.

Consider the partial replat of Lot 108 of the J.O.H. Bennette Subdivision as recorded in Volume 2, Page 50 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as J.O.H. Bennette Subdivision, Partial Replat No. 3. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create 3 lots in 1 block.

Consider the partial replat of Lot 6, Block 2, Phase 1B Bluejack National and Partial Replat of Reserve "W" Bluejack National Phase 1A, Partial Replat No. 1 as recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheets 6071-6075 of the Montgomery County Map Records, and Lot 1, Block 1 of Bluejack National Phase 1B Partial Replat No. 4 as recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheets 9173-9175 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Bluejack National, Phase 1B, Partial Replat No. 6. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to reconfigure two (2) residential lots.

Consider the partial replat of Lots 6 and 7, Block 1, of Grand Lakes Estates Subdivision Section 7, as recorded in Cabinet P, Sheet 72 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Grand Lake Estates, Section 7 Replat No. 1. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to consolidate two (2) residential lots into one (1) residential lot.

Consider the partial replat of Lots 14 and 15, Block 24, of Lake Conroe Village, Section One as recorded in Cabinet F, Sheet 6B of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Lake Conroe Village Replat No. 3. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to adjust the lot lines of Lot 14 and Lot 15 in Block 24 into two (2) lots in one (1) block.

Consider the partial replat of Lot 1, Block 1 of Peach Creek Plantation, Section 2, as recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheet 1322 of the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Arguello Partial Replat No. 1. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create one (1) residential lot.

The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to change side utility easements from sixteen (16) feet to ten (10) feet.
