Montgomery County Public Notices



Consider the replat of Reserve "A" of Palmetto Apex Real Estate Fund Development, Cabinet Z, Sheet 3690-3692 M.C.M.R., to be known as Mac Commercial Park (Replat). The purpose of the proposed replat is to subdivide Reserve "A" into two new reserves.

Consider the replat of unrestricted Reserve "A", Block 1 of Crockett Trace Estates, Section 8, Cabinet Z, Sheet 6104 in the MCMR, to be known as Crockett Trace Estates, Section 8, Replat No. 2. The purpose of the proposed replat is to change unrestricted Reserve "A" into 3 lots and 1 unrestricted Reserve.

Consider the replat of Lots 52 & 61 of Security Subdivision, recorded in Volume 27, Page 503 of the Map records of Montgomery County, to be known as Lombard Road (Replat). The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create four new lots in conjunction with additional acreage.

Consider the partial replat of Lot 53, a portion of Lot 52, and a portion of Reserve "E", Block 52 of Walden on Lake Conroe, Section 9, recorded in Cabinet B, Sheet 8A of the map records of Montgomery County, Texas, to be known as Walden on Lake Conroe, Section 9, Partial Replat No. 1 (Partial Replat). The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to create 1 Lot and 1 Block.

Consider the partial replat Lots 12 and 13, Block 8, Westwood One, Cabinet B, Pages 62-64 in the map records of Montgomery County, Texas, to be known as First Community Credit Union, Research Forest (final replat). The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to combine Lots 12 and 13 to create Reserve A for commercial use.

Consider the proposed application for a Partial Replat of Phase 1B Bluejack National, and Partial Replat of Reserve "W", Bluejack National Phase 1A, Partial Replat No. 1 recorded in Cabinet Z , Sheets 6071-6075, Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Bluejack National, Phase 1B, Partial Replat No. 3. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to combine Lots 10-11, Block 1 of Phase 1B Bluejack National
