Recover

Recovery

Add a little bit of body text (2)
Recovery is one of the four phases of Emergency Management; often times the largest, longest, and most misunderstood component of all the phases.
Recovery is a subjective term as it is not a one-size-fits-all process. It begins immediately after the threat to human life has subsided and can continue on for years. It is a shared process that requires involvement from everyone in the community. From government to businesses and nonprofit organizations, and includes the residents within the community; each group has a role and responsibility to do their part in recovery to make Montgomery County a stronger more resilient place to live.

Working together to become a stronger community.

Severe Storm Information

   Damage assessment Survey

Individuals who sustained flood damages from the recent excessive rainfall in May should report damages to the State ISTAT reporting tool. By reporting damages it allows for the locally disaster impacted area to gather initial damage assessment information and assess the scope and size of the event impacting residences and businesses.
