The Guardianship Program Department is comprised of the Court Investigator(s) appointed by the Commissioners Court to investigate guardianship matters filed in the Montgomery County Statutory Probate Court(s) and the Guardianship Specialist(s) who serve in the Guardianship Program itself as professional guardian(s) for those in need of a third party guardian.
