It is the mission of the Risk Management Department to envision, develop, administer, implement and improve Montgomery County programs for self-insured employee and retiree benefits, worker's compensation and property and casualty insurance coverage. This office also serves as a friendly and professional conduit for citizens with property or liability issues involving Montgomery County. The Risk Management staff is tasked with providing internal consultation in areas of insurance policy review, incident management, claims management and statistical data modeling of the entire Montgomery County risk experience. Our licensed staff is committed to daily demonstrate expert application of risk management principles and proper stewardship of tax-payer funds.
