Judicial Collections of Court Fees & Fines, Traffic Fines, Etc...
Montgomery County Collections Department provides many of the courts in Montgomery County with the means of financial assessment and verification so that an individual may request a payment plan based on their finances in order to pay for fines due in reference to enforcement of a court order. This would include, but not be limited to traffic fines, misdemeanor fines and felony fines.
The Collections Department proudly serves the following courts,
County Court at Law # 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5
The 9th, 221st, 284th, 359th, and 435th District Courts
Justice of the Peace Precinct 3
